I ordered the $40 coupons that were being advertised on T.V. When the program first began. The letter had a list of stores that would honor these coupons but at the time the stores had not received the converter boxes. When my neighbor called to tell me that the store would not honor her coupon I told her to call the 888 number listed on the letter. She is 87 years old and she called me back to say that the person she spoke to was only to issue new cards only, not expired ones and gave her a website to go to. She called me and so I called 888-388 and was told the same thing. I went to the website and there was nothing there.
How do I and the rest of my neighbors receive new coupons. Please help
