Fei # 650607772, owners: di sorbo, are sister moving business owners with united states van lines, check them out at www.sunbiz.org, and put owners last name, di sorbo, they own a bunch of businesses with different names, because of all the malicious and tainted business they do, keep switching names to trick the government and clients and or customers, they both came to my house and gave me different estimates, i did not know this at the time and chose united, at the time of pick up, guess what truck showed up, american van lines, they are all liars, once you sign and book, they don't care about you or anything they put on the contract with you, the destroyed all my belongings, their truck had a leak and at the time of delivery, the trucker told me, i was going to be very dissapointed, that he had been telling the owners about the leak in the truck for months and they have never done anything about it, everything was damaged, all my wood furniture, my leather sectional was dripping wet, with white spots all over, my clothing which were in garment bags, were destroyed, all molded, coming apart, everything was scratched, broken glass tables...
I paid for all my mattresses to be crated, they did not crate anything or box, they never came on the date they said, so i had to stay at a hotel, due to my utilities being shut off, they dont answer the phone, i had to push credit and so they would think they were getting some form of payment, that is the only way, they answered the phone, when they finally found someone to pick me up, they showed up in the afternoon, instead of in the morning again, i had pets and children, no utilities again, it was a nightmare, they were in my house till 4am with less man power than they were supposed to show up and still did not have enough room in the truck for all my stuff, so i had to go to another hotel that night and wait for another smaller truck to come pick up my stuff the next day, they have never paid me back for the items i paid to be crated and boxed, they scratched my wood floors, i faxed in a request for a claim for intent to file as they requested and never sent me any form.
I purchased the extra insurance through, insurance.com for full replacement value, which was hanover insurance given to clam co. From seattle washington to take care of and after months, since august they sent me a letter they were only covering 2 items!!!
I just cried and could not believe, that these people are so cold and inhumane, knowing everything we have gone through. I have receipts for every item i have that we purchased, i have pictures i took of all coming off the truck, videos and proof. And they will have their day..
Please do not do business with any of the mafia people, that's the type of people they would like to be...
You will be sorry, and white glove service they are not...
Trust me...
And dont buy any extra insurance it wont make a difference, they cover each other with excuses and i believe it will all come back to them, in time...
