Warning local landlords!!!
Do not rent to Lisa M. Mummert. She attempted to pass a hot check on one occasion for more than $500. She then caused 1k in damage due her neglect during a water turn on. She was not home and a faucet was left on. Three hours of flooding caused damage her apartment and one adjoining unit.
She at first acknowledged her responsibility and then sent a "rebuttal" letter full of fabrications and bold faced lies about the causes. The city warns you to be home and/or make sure all faucets are off during a turn on. She blames the city, the plumbing, the property manager, anyone.
Lisa Mummert also kept an unauthorized pet. We ended her month to month lease after less than two months. Even with her security deposit un-returned, she still owes over $600.
She has not paid, provided no forwarding address and returns all bills.
Destructive/deadbeat tenant!!! Don't rent!!!
