Just to let you know that this company has now had me blocked so I am unable to contact them concerning my complaint. I was told by the head of customer services that there was no one else to contact and that I will no longer be allowed to send them messages. I informed her that I have the name of the president of the company and have sent him 3 letters concerning this situation. If they are so correct in their practices, why do they block you? They have been busted for giving 2 sides of a story and for claiming a full refund when half was received. For others who have had the same problem with this company, write the president of the company. If he gets enough letters, maybe he will do something about the way his staff have been cheating consumers like you and me out of their money. I am letting you know that I have reported them to their state attorney general's office.
