This company converted 10 VHS tapes and did a very poor job. I've contacted their "support" people and they do not answer. I don't think I am being unrealistic. They should have made sure that each dvd returned had the correct title. They also destroyed the covers from my VHS tapes. They charged more than enough for the service but don't respond to my requests concerning the titles.
Don't use this company, there are many more that do a good job and respond to requests for corrections.
