I authorized a merchant to charge $7 to cover shipping of a free trial product. 2 weeks later that same merchant charged $49.97 WITHOUT authorization.
When I followed First Premiers disputed claim process, they told me (after two weeks of "investigating") that is was my problem.
I spoke to a Lori who was rude, condescending and unhelpful. She refused to give me her last name in an effort to protect her identity from being known.
I recommend finding ANY other way to rebuild your credit than using one of their cards. This company claims to have a "security" department. It took them two weeks to figure out I had authorized a previous charge and declared therefore that the unathorized charge was my fault and my problem.
They obviously are in existence to take advantage of the misfortunes of others. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company!!!
