This company received an item I returned on 12/08/08 and they admit to this. To date they have not issued a credit. The reason... Is due to a system modification. At this time they are in violation of Federal Law, they only have 30 days to issue a credit. BEWARE of this company. They are not willing to do ANYTHING.
