Coin Grading Service, swapped my coin for worthless junk coin

Friday 01/16, coin was taken to ANACS coin grading service, VP of company listed above, took coin into sercure area in back to have coin looked at by grading personnel, returned with coin, stating was totally worthless, but did we wish to have it weighed, had it weighed, was removed from protective sleeve by VP of ANACS, then was again taken behind door into secure area, removed from sleeve, weighed (supposedly), was put back in same protective sleeve, returned, as worthless coin.in the sleeve is somewhat difficult to see coin. Upon arrival at home, opened the cardboard protective sleeve, immediately noted that the coin which was in the protective sleeve was not the coin we had taken to the ANACS coin service. They are closed on weekend, returned first thing on monday 01/19 to ANACS, to get my coin, as I assumed they gave me back the wrong one on accident, Much to my expectations, the VP of the company, stated that this in fact was the coin that we had brought in, and if it was not then someone had stolen our coin. Wow exactly as expected. As for the coin taken to ANACS, the coin was a 1994 Lincoln Penny, Coin was a oversize (a broadstrike), and was reverse laminated with full Zinc plate front and rear, with copper plate in center, The coin showed mushrooming on the edges beyond the rim of coin all around the coin, and in the very center of the sides you could see the copper in the very center, between the 2 zinc plates, the coin was in brilliant relief, with all details front and rear. The coin which I received from ANACS was a 1994 penny which had very little detail left on face and rear of coin, was oversize but not round as was my coin, and this coin received from ANACS, appeared as though someone had scrubbed the coin with an abrasive cleaner to clean it, The coin I received was not the same in any detail as mentioned above. And obviously the ANACS was not going to admit to any wrong doing. So obviously I (The little guy) am out, and big business wins over with coruption again. The coin which was returned to me in the protective sleeve, was a coin that no one would have ever thought to bring or send to a coin grading service.
