I was contacted by Bob Watson after applying for financing. I was called by three people saying I was approved. I saved the voicemails. I was crystal clear when I told them not to have me come all that way and then pull anything on me (specifically lie about my financing) The salesman Dan Meis called me back and said congratulations Kathleen the powers that be here have approved your financing and you will have your new vehicle tonight!
Well I drove out there sat two hours filling out paper work. He left me sit another 20 minutes then came back and said "sorry Kathleen your not approved. I asked to see the manager. He said he's busy. I said I dont care and I went up to the desk. When I told him my name and asked him why they did this he said we dont have to finance you now get your a* out of my store! I couldnt believe it and the look on the salesman face when the manager said that, it was one of utter disbelief! I started screaming and some black worker there said I would take that white b*ch out and cut her throat!
My blood pressure must have shot up because the next thing I know I fell hit my head and had what the Dr. At the hospital described as a seizure which could have been brought on by my heart going out of control and my blood pressure shooting up so quickly! The people in the dealship were laughing and people were stepping over me from what I understand and one of them an african american shoved the paramedic. She told the police what he did. I was out of it from the smack on the head on the cement floor.
I was rushed to Ingalls hospital and was there for 6 hours and was told to stay the night because the Dr. Shah said he really thought I should do to the heart but I was afraid Id lose my job if I didnt go to work. I was given nitro dur for my heart. And aspirin, I was given a head scan, I was hooked up to an IV. I was accused of making racial slurs and thats why they wouldnt approve me! I still cant believe any of this happened but have all the paperwork.
Also all the rip off reports from the internet along with my hospital reports and police and paramedic reports. I am filing a complaint with the atttorney general, ripoff report, I am going to the Sun Times and
I am going to sue them for deceptive practices, pain and suffering, and all I had to go through. I am not the same girl I was prior to going in there. Someone has to stop these people before someone ends up dead like I almost did. Thank you, Kathleen
