Everything were only available in Dec. 08 after I received a disconnect notice to get a whole of $565. Our avg power statement is < 0/mnth. After waiting 45 min, the CSR told me that my bill for the month was about 0 and the rest was added on because of Hurricane Gustav. It appears that during the storm, they weren't able to read my meter and were now charging me for the difference since they underestimated my use. After informing me that there was no way I could break the payments up, i reluctantly paid 5 out of the last 00 I had. I broke my ankle in Oct and haven't work since then. The 5 killed my already strained savings but I paid it. I receive my Jan bill, not disconnect notice, and it says that it is due Jan 6.
On Jan 7 my lamps are switched off. I contact and keep in touch with a boss and clarify that I never obtained a disconnect notice. He appears over my document and chooses I am right and problems a reconnect (after I spend extra $200). 3 nights later, I obtain fresh remove for January 21 and discover that the $750 deposit has become needed. After wrestling having a group guide for around an hour or so, I discover that there's nothing I will do about this. I decided to purchase whichever power I employed, I simply needed the $750 deposit waived since 1. I actually donot contain it and 2. I s feel harmed. Obviously they declined! I've no-where otherwise to show!!! We have to split this unjust monopoly today. Our company will need to shut its gates consequently of something which was certainly not my problem. I actually described my incident and also the horrible time of the Gustav ordeal, but to no avail. Entergy includes a hold on most of US plus they don't have any curiosity about something apart from cash. I'd happily spend more income to any organization that plays together if any such thing were permitted within our courageous, free property. Cheers for allowing me vent while i still have energy.
