Our NIPSCO bill was produced on 8/13 declaring that I'd a quantity of 266.53, complete sum due of 447.84 and 181.31 due on 9/2. Meter reading day was between your 13th and 15th.

Nipscois customer support guide claims they SHOULD deliver a disconnection notice plus they cannot remove until 2 weeks have handed in the problem of the disconnection notice.

What I acquired about the 13th is just a normal statement without any disconnect notice. There's no disconnect detect on my online bill, with no additional info because the 13th.

While calling NIPSCO I had been welcomed with common disrespect and standoffish perceptions. I questioned why my energy continues to be disconnected and also the only reaction was "We delivered the disconnection notice out."

NIPSCO couldn't inform me the day the remove notice was released or when it is contract was. I required they consider my consideration to confirm the disconnection and sometimes even the lifestyle of the disconnection notice.

I had been told they mightnot do this of course if I needed my energy back on I'd need to spend the quantity due in the 13th, the quantity due about the 2nd (it'snot actually the Next however), a $200 deposit, along with a $45 reconnection charge.

Is NIPSCO that hard-up for that money?
