I ordered the draft guards, but when items did not come after 1 month, I called to cancel order and was told that it would be taken care of. Items still came and it was so bogus - NOT the draft guards that are advertised on TV, but nothing more than pipe insulation that is slit to fit underneath the door, which it won't. Also, no free gift as promised. This is the epitomy of false advertising and I can't believe that this company is even in business!!!
