Twin draft guards ordered 3. Started trying to get a hold of them 3 months after the product was ordered. Phone number only received voice mail. No human available even though it says support available. They said on some emails that it was sent, then another — something happened in transport and they had to get ahold of the shipper and gave the name. This kept going on and on - emailing monthly. Today they wrote and said I MUST have given them the incorrect order number as they can not find my name nor my order number... HMMMMMMM hence no order exists... They are a rip off and do not intend to send ordered product...
I went to try to find website and am unable to do so.
