Ordered twin draft guards in November, it is now 3 weeks into February and still no merchandise, which has been purchased. Cannot reach by phone, two email responses saying product is back ordered.
No response to emails recently and unable to reach a live person by phone. A real rip-off.
They need to be put out of business and quickly!
