My daughter Kelsey Jandura and her friend order a bike for her boy friend for Christmas, the bike turned out to be too small. My daughter has been trying to contact the company since Dec 17 to exchange the bike for larger model; she has left numerous phone messages, sent numerous e-mails but the company will not contact her, at this point I have become involved. I have left two phone messages and sent two e-mails I am expecting they will either ignore me or contact me tomorrow and take care of this business. Than you.
