I ordered a Kidkraft blue retro kitchen for $111.51 through TGN Direct Source on 11/25/08. I was so happy to have found this as this is what my daughter wanted from Santa for Christmas. The only thing she really wanted.
Days passed, I checked their site and my status had not changed to pending. I have since the submitted numerous tickets on line to them, since they have no phone number to call. I have not heard anything back from them.
I contacted Alert Pay, the company my money went through, and opened an incident against TGN direct source in mid December. They have started the investigation, and I did receive an email from them stating they are working on it now.
I am out $140.74 dollars to this company and my daughter is the one who had to suffer. She did get some Christmas presents, but not what she wanted.
I would live to find out the physical address of this company and consult with an attorney because apparently I am not the only one they have done this to. If I do, I will also name Alert Pay in the suit since they are "sponsoring" a fraudulent company.
