I ordered some Jordans for my daughter and a couple sports shirts for my other daughter for Christmas and paid extra for express shipping. When the order didn't arrive I went searching for any email from the company and didn't have any. So I called company and they said that they couldn't send me the order because there is a flag on the type of credit card I used (Master Card). They said that they wouldn't refund my money or send me the order until they have a chance to look into it. They said my kids would not get their Christmas present for Christmas. They never called me or anything before this. Now I am out of money and will not have this present for my kids for Christmas. My daughter was only getting two things for Christmas and now she will only get one.
