Sent an email on January 4 requesting partial refund for my founding membership fees due to illness, had not sold or posted anything since May and could not due to illness (breast cancer).
Was sent an email quoting policy as a response to my request. What kind of consideration is this for a company who claims that they care so much about their clients and offer personalized customer service?
I think people should be made aware of what type of company they are dealing with and do some research before hitting that submit buttom.
