Food borne illness - Subway tuna su

I became violently ill after eating a tuna sub from a Subway Restaurant on South Virginia St REno Nevada. I was so ill that I checked into the mergency room at the local hospital ' Tests were done and it was confirmed that it was a food related illness caused by a nasty bacterial organism. I was in extreme pain and was severly dehydrated. My medical expenses were $1800 I reported my illness to the Reno Healt Department and was told that they had been 4 other complaints of illness from people who had eaten at that Subway restaurant.inspectors had visited the store and instructed them to take remedial action in sanitizing everything
