I took advantage of a reverse look up for a phone number for $. 99. The reply was inadequate (the phone number is for Bob) and then in November, I received two charges of $l9.95 each for Intelius and AP9ValueMax. I called and they said I would be credited for these two charges. On my December bill, there were two credits for $l9.95 each and then two additional charges for $l9.95 each for the same services. So, they gave me a credit for the original charges and charged me again. I have tried to call and now, noone ever comes to the phone, despite long waits. So, I have sent emails asking for credits again and telling them to not charge me again. This appears to be some sort of fraud.
