I found Intelius on the internet when I was looking for sources to locate lost family members. I paid $7.90 for a basic service and received outdated information only.information was over two years old. I tried again on another relative and was charged $15.85 for the exact same basic service which I found was over two years old. I contacted Intelius through the internet and tried a phone call but was not able to get anyone. The automatic phone person said, "All lines are currently full. Please call again tomorrow". Obviously many people are calling this outfit to get their money back.
The next day, I found on my bank statement that I was charged $19.95 for a subscription service I did not authorized from AP9Valuemax. Through research on the net, I found that this outfit is a scam.
I know that Intelius had to give my credit card info to AP9Valuemax because it is a new card that has been just activated and I have only made two purchases through Intelius.
