My wife was displeased with the product. We thought we had 30 days to cancel but its really 20 from date of initial order. The product took 18 days to get here. I noticed I was billed for a second monthly supply on the 22 of Dec. We starting trying to get an RMA via phone on Dec 29th. We were told we had to request one via email to their support dept. We have sent 10 emails requesting an RMA and have not received one yet. As of Dec 29th we were still within the 15 day return policy of their terms even though at that point we hadn't received the new shippment. I still have not received and RMA or a credit back to my account.
I would be happy to get an RMA and Credit back to my account and be done with this company.
