This company sent me a check for $4,385.00 for me to cash it and pay GST and ins

I received a check in the mail for $4385.00 along with a letter from North Amercan Green.in this letter it stated that I had won $250,000.00 Payable by Certified Check. I needed to Contact the file maker: Molina Yearwood 1-778-881-5564. It stated Attached is a check of US$4,385.00. Available for you to pay the Non-Resident Govt. Service Tax (GST) and insurance. The total amount is $4,100.69 to be paid through moneygram.
