Part of publishers clearing house, sent me ck for 3685.00 to pay gst and insurance and send them moneygram

I received a check drawn from bank of texas in fort worth ck number 20072 in the amount of 3685.00, the check appears to be real both front and back of it. I was asked to call my agent Fred Jackson at 206-331-4575, before i go any further so they can help me with the process. The ck they included was to help pay the non resident govt. Service tax and insurance. That the total amount of 3511.99 to be paid through moneygram. The letter was signed by James B. Williams, vice president, global operations.
