We attended a seminar and Ron was very coordial and appeared to present solid information. We noticed something odd as several weeks later they changed the company name and had these conference calls which went on forever and the bottom line was the service was so bad - the majority of commentary was to come across as an industry expert ("just trust me") and blame others versus taking responsibility of service levels which greatly affected his ability to service clients as represented. The bottom line, our experience was horrible and after getting the run around and yet more excuses, it became apparant we were duped.
All we wanted was some basic and prompt responses to our questions versus setting a zillion e-mail aliases - or comments like "check the website" or sending you on wild goose chases to get very basic information or status for your clients. We lost solid relationships from clients from this experience simply because like many incidents - it's great to talk about what you can do - on the front end, but it's another, not to have the back side covered SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY DELIVER, and Ron Quintero, Debt Advisory Alliance, American Modification Mortgage or any other names he operates under treated us in a very unprofessional manner.
The comments entered are simply our perspective as our attempt is not to make false statements but alert others like us who are legitimate consumers/business people who use third party services to complete transactions.
