I have been using the online website for well over a year to make payments but now I have been issued a new card and they will not let me make a payment - I have been trying for about two weeks to pay and finally called because my payment is due now and was told that I cannot pay unless I activate my card - but since I still don't have the new card - I can't activate it. The automated information when you call tells you over and over to go to the website and there is nothing that tells you the account must be activated to make a payment. I had not problems with this account until Sears became involved with Citibank - since then my interest as gone up and now I can't even make a payment!!!
