ATT / Dishnetwork Bundling Rip Off ATT / Dishnetwork sales reps misrepresent the prices of their bundled packages

I spent 90 minutes with ATT/Dishnetwork sales last month bundling local/long distance phone service, DSL and Dish network. Having read some bad reports I asked specific questions, fees and total of the bill. The cost of all three services was higher in the bill than quoted on the phone I was lied to by the sales folks.

I was charged an 10.00 additional fee for not having a phone cord attached to the back of the satellite reciever. A fee which can be removed as soon as I do this but that was not disclosed by either the installer or the Dish sales person. I would have put the units in different places had I known this was an issue. I specifically asked if local channels were included in the 32.99 price and was told yes., Now I am being charged for them. I was told the DVR (which I really did not want was free) and now I am being charged for it. I was told the DSL was 14.95 and charged 24.95 on the bill. This is the only resolution I have gotten as they admiitted that I was being overcharged the. They bank on folks not noticing the overcharges in their very confusing bills.

I spent four hours on the phone trying to get some resolution to no avail. Dish blames the ATT sales people. ATT says Dish is wrong and after apeaking with 7 folks I went full circle and was tranferred to the original Dish network supervisor, who gave me no satisfaction.

I challenge ATT or DISH network to listen to the sales call of Oct 31 to hear the promises that were made and broken. They say they record these call, does anyone listen to consumers or the sales people Help!!!
Can't someone talk to the FCC to get this practice stopped???
