I purchased RX glasses at The Elyria Ohi0 Wal Mart Optical store. I received a phone call to come in, "quote""your glasses are ready come in during store hours and pick them up"I went to the store at 3:25 PM on Friday January 2/0-9 and was told by a female salesperson that I could not pick up my glasses because she was not qualified or licensed to dispense them;and there was no person qualified to dispense that day, Needless to say it's hard to believe that Wal Mart would adverise it's optical department as service oriented, when you can't even receive the merchandise you've paid for'and that they have called you to pick up. Needless to say I could have been doing other things, besides wasting time and gasoline.
