I purchased a pair of glasses from Optical Mart back in Feb 09. I had problems with them from the beginning. I took them back numerous times and supposedly numersous times they went back to the lab to be made right. I finally got tired of dealing with these people in May and just told them to give me a refund and I would go some where else to get good glasses. It is now the middle of June and I still don't have my money back and I never accepted their glasses. I keep calling the managers of the Optical Marts in both Mesquite and Arlington. I keep getting the run around from both of them. They both refuse to give me the corportate phone number or address. I finally got a fax number where I supposedly can fax a complaint but knowing them as I do now it is probably a bogus number. I have now filed a complaint with the FTC, The BBB, and the States Attorney Generals Office. A friend told me about this site so I am trying very hard to get the word out to all innocent consumers to stay away from this business. They have ripped off numerous people. Please check these web sites before you purchase from any business to make sure they are not ripp offs. I wish I had known about these web sites before I ever tried to purchase my glasses from them. So please buyers beware of all Optical Marts.
