My husband has had a medical emergency, he is hospitalized, we have cancelled our flight reservations with Sun Country airlines for November 2. We scheduled through Cheapoair, and we bought flight insurance through Cheapoair. We now need to know the claim procedures. We have been unable to reach anyone at Cheapoair by phone. This is the only email given anywhere to ask questions.
