I am writing with my dissatisfaction with the maintenance contract I bought on a vaccum cleaner I bought in Brunswick, Maine, Sears. We were told we would be given a loaner. I took the vaccum to the store yesterday and they said they discontinued this policy. I am without a vaccum cleaner for 2 weeks. We were told we could have a loaner at the time of purchase and feel we should get a refund on our maintenance contract. Also, we bought a front loading washer in January and were told we would get a 10% rebate. I filled out all the necessary work on the computer but they say they have no receipt of this purchase. I have the receipt to prove my purchase. Needless to say if this is the kind of service we are going to receive, I'll shop elsewhere. We have been dedicated Sears customers for 40 years and purchased many appliances from you.
