I placed an order with these guys on December 13Th. The price was right and free shipping made it easy for me to order. Now, it took them 6 days just to get me a tracking #, and finally it arrived on December the 23rd. I assembled the product, which was easy, but one of the wheels wobles, therefore being defective. I called the right away to tell them, but I was forced to leave a messege with no response. I have sent 2 emails after the phone call, and no response. Finally, I called again, only to findout that their answering machine was full. Now the bike has other problems. Terrible to deal with it, and it seems that I lost over $300.00 dealing with this second grade company.
