I've been dealing with qwest for years however every time i call them to either add a package or to delete a package i some how get it up the #%$. Last month i call and talke with seemed to be a nice person and explained to him i had recientlt gone on disibility and had to cut some of my expensives from my phone bill we both came to the agreement that i did not need all the gimicks in my land line and it would reduce down to $13.95 instead of the $35.00 month charge i was paying taxes in fact he said it should cut $45.00 month from my phone bill the math didnt add up but i agreed with him that would be great even $20.00 would be great
I very much wanted to keep my wireless and internet being a home body now keeps me occupied in other words a $100.00 was fine but no more than this the gentle agree that i would be $100.00 month
Feeling good about that i waited for the next bill which arived today my old bills were running $127.00 a month now i'am expecting about a $100.00 however to my amayzment it climed to $157.00 feeling a bit concerned i called them after speaking to 2 different people - it was explained to me that i lost all my bundle savings my internet went from 29.95 to 48.00 and so on as the story goes they thieves i'am changing to another company i've rear too many storys just in usacomplaints.com to see that i am not the only one that this happens to prior to that 4 years ago i had a family plan you know the one 2 phones one low price from qwest the first bill was over $1100 dollars which took 6 months to straighten but like a lot of others i gave them another chance even after buying my way out of that family plan contract to the tune of $400.00 it also seems like every time i deal with them i some how get the screwin of my life &i agree with others that qwest is getting to big and the feds and local goverment do nothing about except collect there fare share of taxes through there being thievesthe more they make the more the goverment gets to takeit would be nice for once to see one of our senitors get off his or her ass and look into this sceme they pull &
