We built a new home with Nolan/Westcon Construction Company in Upper Merion. 9 months later, the front steps and the retaining wall to our home are falling apart, creating a very dangerous situation.
We have tried unsuccessfully, for the last 5 months to get the builder to fix this unsafe situation which is under warranty. He refuses to correct the situation correctly. He filled the large cracks, which is more than 1-inch wide, with stucco. 72 hours later the cracks reappeared again.
In the meanwhile the steps and the retaining wall, the entrance to our home continue to disentergrate and make an extremely dangerous situation. We have a 1-year punch list which is also outstanding. This entire matter is under warranty, but he refuses to honor the builders warranty. Please help!
