AR Lay was contracted to rebuild a retainingwall at my home and refuses to fulfill their promises. I contracted AR Lay torebuild a retaining wall at my home. After eight months the construction wascompleted however after receiving final payment, Lay refuses to come back andfinish the clean up portions of the job.
I was promised by Scott Lay and two ofhis employees that my sprinkler system would be put back in working order, thelawn made bare by construction would be replanted, and all construction debriswould be removed. I made the final payment to them on 3/18 and have seenonly one person from Lay since them. That person promised that every issuewould be taken care of and never returned.
Scott Lay steadfastly refuses to doanything to finish this job. While Lay may be a company that a corporationcould work with, their customer service for home owners is abysmal in myestimation.
