Closed Account Sold to Collection Agency Over Disputed Charges

I closed my account over ten years ago following a dispute with the bank over accrual of charges. They have since sold it to a collection agency. I will seek an injunction against the old company and the new one (if there has been a reorganization) to ease all contact.
