Complaint Description:
I was promised a full refund by Don Cooper for the faulty devices purchased ($600 refund for my father). ALSO, I sent Mr. Cooper a $400 check that Mr. Cooper said never cashed, so where is the proof of this & the check? Mr. Cooper needs to make well on these issues or face a letter of intent to sue from a Federal Marshal. I would like a copy of this entire complaint emailed to me so that I may forward it to Governor Paterson's office so that they may investigate this company.
I have sent the items back over a month ago by certified mail. I am under the impression that we were scammed. $600 $400 makes it a felony. I am demanding the issue be resolved, or charges be filed.
Your Desired Resolution:
FULL refund ($600) & the returned check for $400 that my son wrote to him. If this man plans on ignoring the issues, he can plan on his Governor getting a phone call so that a full investigation can ensue. His ability to "Do Business As" is in peril if he does not make good on this issue. Since it has taken Don so long to be brought to justice, I would also like the cost of shipping it back included if he continues to ignore me.
