I recieved my tea in November. I soon found that it was not what I wanted so I called the number on the box to cancel. It was an atomated voice that told me to email my complaint which I did. I then left a message to cancel on their answering service machine. I found that I was charged again on my bank account and have not recieved any further tea. They cancelled the tea but not the charges. If anyone can find out how to stop these peaple please let me know.
