I received the 'free' meter from diabetic buyers club and called to tell them I did not like it, I did not want the membership and to cancel. I then started receiving shipments of diabetic supplies in the mail with the amount direct debeted from my account. I called the 1-888# listed on the invoice and was given a different number to call. I called that number and left a message on the voice mail. I did this again the next month. Then, after getting another shipment in the mail, I looked the company up online and found yet another number to call. Again, I got an answering machine and left yet another message with contact information and asking to cancel this 'membership'. To date, I have tried for 6 months to cancel this with the company and have left several messages with no response. I would like my money refunded, I will be glad to return the supplies as I have not even opened several of the shipments. I did not agree to have these shipped to me, the address is incorrect on the package and they have not responded to my messages left on their answering machines requesting to cancel.in fact, the main number listed on their invoice is not in service... Help. I am very upset and ready to call the BBB of Kansas to report this company.
