I ordered sample of Perfect Radiance which because of the Christmas post and it not being able to go through my letter box I did not receive until Friday 16th December.By 17th December I had been charged via my credit card for another package costing £74.95. I have not received this further package and have e-mailed the company to complain and cancel the order and ask for reimbursement. I will contact my credit card company to see what steps I can take to stop this happening in the fututre as soon as they are open for business after the holiday.
