I had ordered two items from this company in December. One item arrived fine, the other did not. I sent an e-mail in February which was replied to, stating I would get a reship by the end of the month. I have received no futher correspondence, I sent an e-mail message again tonight. I am hopeful this order will be resolved. My credit card was charged for the full order amount in December. I would hope that internet companies would, hold off charging credit cards until they actually ship the merchandise.
