Ever since an ex-eBay employee, gbayemporium, joined the blogs, he has run them to his own advantage, reporting the use of any profanity or minor infraction through the Power Seller portals and having those removed. Most of the noticed from eBay moreinfo are signed by Ellis indicating that perhaps there is an inside colusion to further gbayemporium's agenda. He also only reportsd those who are in a bad standing with him allowing the fan club to operate without fear of being chastised.
Any blogger, seller or buyer who makes a stand against gbayemporium is subject to extreme harassment by having their Blog entries scrutinized, their listings also scrutinized with the results of them being removed. He has even found individuals home phones and business phone and made threatening, vulgar contacts. I had a death threat and several others have had insinuations of a veiled death.
Gbayempoium's mannerisms on the blogs is mainly profane, vulgar and threatening. He makes his comments for impact, then deletes claiming that he never posted such entries. The reports to eBay have been in the many hundreds and yet he is allowed to ravage the blogs, listings and feedbacks like a blood thirsty pack of pirannas. Whenever he is experiencing heat, he reverts to non -threatening types of blogs and comments.
Gbayemporium has also encouraged a select few insiders to become a memebr of his coordinated efforts in reporting individuals. Everybody is well aware that ebay cannot read every word and scans for key words that exemplify the inital report.
We all have seen numerous listing removed without cause resulting in eBay having to reinstitute those entries with little apology. The reports against eBay and gbayemporium have been sent to the Board of directors and legal department, all to no avail. It is apparent that those sellers who make money are easily forgiven for their mistakes.
I am a buyer only with almost 5000 purchases and I am subject to having my account suspended because of my eBay Blog activities. So because a small group of coordinated bloggers that band together in a common cause, can cause the loss of buying or in some cases, selling status, something is totally wrong with the picture.
