This ripoof report is in two parts oin this page. The first is the rebuttal giving eBay their actual wording of their User Agreement in a step by step format. Below that is the email indicating that the eBay way is OK in spite of written proof over and over again. It is no wonder that sellers are experiencing such problems driving them away in droves.
It is quite apparent that the training and supervision of personnel at all levels is severely lacking and if their agents and supervisors are not aware of what the eBay User agreement states, then how can they render objective actions on supposed, "Infractions", resulting is removed listings and blogs, posts, comments on all of their forms of discussion formats.
This is a serious flaw in the ebay system and if not corrected will keep them buried in legal matters until they are forced to close. EBay is well known for jumping the gun before the horse was ready to run the race. Their expansion coupled with their downsizing is producing results that are a matter of concern for Wall Street which can be seen throughout the various business publications.
Read the following examples and come to your own conclusions. I suggest that personnel who continue to experience problems with eBay, that they contact their State Attorney General's office and the San Jose, CA BBB so that these are on file. Sooner or later an investigation will have to be instigated covering thge multi makketiong strategies and the harm they are doing world wide.
