EBay's Reply o Conflicting Portions of Their User Agreement

This is a reply from eBay in regards to my report to them demonstrating their conflicting portions of the User Agreement. It appears that they don't give a holy rip about anything as long as they can ride their reign of terror over their customer base.

No company can justify operating in any manner they so choose, penalizing their members for suposed violations which are subjective to the eyes of the reviewer. There is never an explanation of the dastardly deed leaving buyers and sellers in the dark. The eventual results are to NARU the individual or they get so frustrated they quit is dispair.
