Nationwide Relocation & All Coast Transporters, Took my household goods and never delivered them to my new address

On June 13th I hired Nationwide Relocation, 6245 Powerline Road Suite 202, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 1-888-219-7171 for my move from Orlando, FL to Williamsburg, VA. The company they contracted All Coast Transporters Inc. Also of Ft. Lauderdale, FL [exact same street address]. Picked up our furniture on June 20th, we wrote on the contract for them to deliver our items to 5303 Mooretown Road unit 310, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Their driver of truck 120 told me as he was leaving he would be in Virginia Saturday Late or early Sunday.

On June 21st the office people called us 5 times while we were closing on our house in Florida, they were calling us asking us to wire transfer payment before they delivered our items in Virginia. Their contract states I wouldn't have to pay until I received delivery of my items. Also their contract stated they had until July 3rd to deliver my items to MY Specified location.

On June 22nd while we were driving to Virginia the Manager from our storage facility called us and the driver was there trying to deliver my items but wanted to change the storage unit from my name to the company's [All Coast Transporters] the manager or I would not allow this. So they dumped our belongings in some other undisclosed storage unit WITH OUT MY AUTHORIZATION! [ I did not find out what they had done until the 25th or 26th]

On June 23rd we were in Virginia the moving company had disappeared with out a trace until the 25th or 26th and only because I called them and left messages on the 23rd asking for an estimated delivery date.

This company refuses to deliver our items to our agreed upon delivery location, they want us to pay more than the n400 tariff quote. Plus they want me to pay for the storage unit they rented WITHOUT my authorization. They want me to wire transfer payment to them before they will even tell me the location of my items, how can I trust they will be there and in what condition? These company's have given me no reason to trust them at all!
They even threatened to auction off our items.

I feel like these are predatory businesses that prey on people during a time when most people are vulnerable [during a long distance move]

I would like to know what my next step is to either end this mess or what I can do to help put these predatorial businesses out of business and maybe even behind bars.
