I cancelled my service with direct tv. When i first go service i was told by the customer service rep that i had to pay a 200.00 deposit to establish service. I did so. However since i had te account there was always some problem with the service basically the charges, so i cancelled the account after it was reported to me that a payment i sent in by money order was not recieved however the money order was cashed. When i cancelled the service they did not refund my deposit but they sent me a bill for 201.53 even though i returned all equipment. They called it a cancellation fee.
