February 25 I paid Tara Slater with this company, Press Pro Productions for a rush job of 250 folders with inserts to be delivered within 4-5 business days. Tara Slater guarenteed me that Friday (2/25) evening the order would be placed and delivered within 4-5 business days. The price was extremely high for only 250 folders, but we were in need to have this rush order. A week passed by with no folders as promised. I did not hear any thing from Tara until approximately 1 1/2 week later. She told me she had been out of town and busy with family emergency, but assured me the folders would be delivered any time as she was sending me a tracking number. She never called me, but would only email when i emailed her of threats. She would then tell me she couldnt find the folders or track them.
