I did not recieve my merchandise

I have ordered from this company before and recieved my items within a few days. Thlis time I ordered two webkins for Christmas presents on Dec 17,08. I was sure I had plenty of time to recieve them. Here it is Dec. 24 and no sign of them. I am very dissapointed. Of course it is too late to do anything about it now.
