I received couple of irregular bills from ISTA after Avalon apartment management decided to switch to ISTA. I paid the initial one thinking the second one was in error. Soon, I received a delinquent notice. I called my bank to verify about the payment thinking ISTA didn't receive the payment. ISTA service rep. Confirmed the receipt and explained about an abnormal/Weird billing process. I kept quite and paid the bill.
Within a month - i.E., now, I got two notices on same day. One is a delinquent notice and the second one is a bill with "Past Dues" and a fine amount of $5.00.
This company is a total ripoff and has a very unscrupulous and unethical philosophy of making money.
