ATT has somehow accessed my bank account and has cleaned me out. I reported them to the BBB in Atlanta and nothing can be done. Stay a way from ATT. Use any other service but them. This is the home service ATT for internet and land line phone service. Stay away from them unless you like being ripped off. When this happens to you, ATT personel will continuously tell you everytime you call them that all they can do is fill out the mysterious "Deposit request form" Beware of this as the form, it does not get your money back. They will also ask you to fax them a copy of your bank statement, this is for future fraud against your account, do not do it because when you call ATT, nobody there knows where you faxed your bank statement to. My guess is that ATT has professional scam artists working behind their famous ATT name getting rich so they can retire early at your expense. Law enforcement was also notified of this but nothing is ever done about it. You as the consumer are on your own if you deal with ATT.
